Making a difference in a chaotic political landscape is both necessary and overwhelming. Here we strive to consolidate information into useful and usable bits.
The Indivisible Guide
Updated for 2025.
Indivisible Chico is built on the ideas and framework found in the Indivisible Guide. This is an excellent place to start, whether you're just learning about how to get involved in today's chaotic political environment or you've been an activist for years. There's something to learn about what has worked as the new political tactics evolve and what needs to evolve with them.
The free Indivisible Guide is available on the Indivisible.org website, as a downloadable book (PDF format) or as an audio book. It's not very long and well worth the time for anyone trying to navigate the onslaught of negative news coming out of the Nation's Capital every day.

Our Book In Common
We Are Indivisible, by Ezra Levin & Leah Greenberg
The founders of the Indivisible Project wrote a book about the early formations of the movement. It's an important perspective into the way the many Indivisible chapters came to be and the impactful change that they brought about once they were in place.
The book is available locally, in Chico, at The Bookstore downtown. Support local, buy a book, pick up some tea at the bakery next door, and learn about why and how the Indivisible Guide caught on across the nation as a grassroots answer to the anti-democratic practices of modern political tactics.
Sign up to join our reading group and share your insights with others as you all read through the book, as a reading group or on your own.
