About the event
This Sunday at 8pm, during the national Good Trouble Lives On weekend, we're holding a Community Vigil & Pop-Up Resource Fair in remembrance of the lives lost to ICE action.
We're hosting this vigil grounded in a phrase drawn from Latin American memory movements, first voiced by Argentine artist Edgardo Antonio Vigo: Sembrar la memoria para que no crezca el olvido — "we sow memory so that oblivion does not grow."
Together we'll take part in a ribbon-tying memorial, a shared silence, and candlelight. There will be resource tables with know-your-rights materials for everyone concerned about immigrant rights.
